WHO WE ARE
SmuAI is a student-led ThinkTank that facilitates the sharing of ideas in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
We are proudly supported by the Singapore Management University's Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SMU IIE).
OUR MISSION
To cultivate and spread ideas about Artificial Intelligence.
As of 2022, SMUAI's 4th EXCO has pioneered a competitive hackathons team to represent SMU's SCIS student body. Our strong team of diverse individuals (SMU Avenirs) will actively compete in Hackathons throughout the year with support from programmes curated by our committee. Along with previous initiatives, our members are now eligible to take industry certificate Google ML Engineer Certificate as part of AISG's SUG programme.

DIALOGUE
We facilitate discussions with industry leaders and academics working with AI.
INSIGHTS
We publish newsletters on trends and insights from our dialog sessions between industry leaders.
INCUBATE
We work closely with SMU IIE to support entrepreneurs with Artificial Intelligence-related projects.
WHERE WE ARE GOING
We seek to build Thought Leadership within the AI community in Singapore and beyond.
